We're Robertjan & Sandra van Amstel de Vries, owners at Australy Aures and your local partners in Estepona. We'll be on site from the handover of our own penthouse in December 2026, and Estepona becomes our permanent home in early 2027.
As owners ourselves, we know how much care goes into a home you're proud of. It deserves the same attention when you're away.
Robertjan brings 25 years of international experience in pricing, contracts and digital transformation, including multi-million-euro tenders. He makes sure every residence is run with structure, clear numbers and the right technology.
Sandra brings 20 years in hospitality and resort operations, including yield management for a group of wellness resorts. Her eye for interiors and guest experience is what makes a stay feel special.
Together, we combine the personal attention of a boutique business with the expertise and standards of an established hospitality organisation. We speak English, German and Dutch.
