Before your first guest arrives, we take care of everything below, so your residence is presented, licensed and fully guest-ready.

Licence

We apply for your Andalusian tourist rental licence (Vivienda con Fines Turísticos, VFT) and set up guest registration and tourist tax, so you're compliant from the first guest.

Signature scent

A subtle, hotel-style scent welcomes every guest. A smart, app-controlled diffuser keeps the fragrance consistent throughout your residence.

Presentation

Professional interior and exterior photography and SEO-optimised listings in several languages. On booking platforms, first impressions decide: great photos mean more bookings.
