When can we start?
Allow 4-6 weeks for photography, listing creation and online set-up. Your property must be fully furnished and guest-ready before rentals begin.

What does it cost?
One commission on rental income, the same for every owner, plus a one-off Start-up Package. Property care is available in three yearly packages: Basic, Comfort and Premium Care. All fees are agreed in writing.

What does my property need for rental?
We provide a checklist of essentials and carry out a final check-in inspection before the first guests arrive.

Who arranges licences, taxes and repairs?
We handle the tourist licence, guest registration and tourist tax. Repairs are arranged on request, at cost and with your approval in advance.

How do I receive my rental income?
Monthly, with a clear statement of bookings, expenses and payouts.

Can I use my property myself?
Of course. Choose your dates, and we'll block them in the rental calendar.

How long is the contract?
12 months, with two months' notice.
